Happy Thanksgiving

There is so much for which to thank God, and yet so much for which to pray, nationwide and worldwide.

This Thanksgiving, I'll be doing plenty of both.

I pray you and your family enjoy a bountiful, peaceful, joyful, and prayerful Thanksgiving Day.

You too, and 137 lbs? I haven't seen that since high school. We won't even go there.

Enjoy some turkey and family this week.

Hi Julie,

Have the doctors offered any recourse for your curvature? It's funny, I never took this condition serious until this year. I was always such a die hard "there's nothing wrong" with me kind of person. It is definitely a lifestyle change. Perhaps we'll be able to encourage each other along the journey.

Hi Julie,

I would love to be able to go to a chiropractor. I have tried to go to a few but as soon as they find out I have metal in my back they turn me away. I am pretty much stuck with my ortho surgeon. The fusion really limits my options.

Is the doctor using a vax-d machine on you? I'm not sure what that is but I have heard it helps.

I had an epidural injection last week but it didn't work.

As far as the lifestyle change. I'm trying to go more whole foods. It's been an interesting switch.

How about you?

Your friend,
Spring
