Lord, help me to remember not to attempt things in my own strength. My best efforts are feeble without You. When I attempt to move in my own power, make me aware so I can instead invite You in and lean on You. Will you please energize me and create in me the power and desire to work for You in all I do? Then my efforts will please and satisfy You, and that is my heart’s desire. Help me to always depend on Your strength, not my own. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
