What a beautiful
picture of Your love for me! Your banner over me is love—and oh how I need this
truth embedded in my soul. God, help me to remain near You so that my heart is
regularly sustained and refreshed and encouraged by Your protecting and
comforting banner, which always waves over me.

Sometimes after prayer I go to the gym and feel a remarkable combination of strength and serenity.
